I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although rather old and with some noisy machines on the balcony, were more spacious and pleasant than expected based on the photos. They were adequate and provided a nice view of the pool. The service was a bit challenging due to limited English speaking abilities, but the staff, except one receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. The location, especially convenient for airport train travelers, was a top advantage, being tucked away from the main road with easy access to public transportation options. The dining experience was average with some cold meals but nothing special, although the staff were friendly and could recommend delicious options. On the downside, the vegetarian food lacked variety. The facilities were satisfactory, with standard services available.
